Return
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us within 30 days. We can accept all goods that are still in their original packaging, unworn, in perfect condition, and with the attached labels.
Returns from Germany
The cost for returns from Germany is €3.95 and will be deducted from your refund. If you keep goods worth €39 or more, the return within Germany is free of charge.
Returns from Austria / EU / Switzerland
You are responsible for the return shipping costs from abroad. Please send your return sufficiently prepaid to the address provided in our returns portal.

As soon as your return arrives and has been approved, we will refund you right away
Exchange
If you want an item in a different size or color, please place a new order in the online shop. This way you will immediately know if the desired version is still available.
