Austria & Europe (EU)
- Shipping: €8.95 – free shipping from €99 order value
- Delivery time: approx. 3–4 working days
Switzerland
- Shipping: 12.90 CHF – free shipping from 120 CHF order value
- Delivery time: approx. 3–4 working days
- Note: Additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply when importing into Switzerland.
Logistics
Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL.
DHL Parcel Locker
We are happy to deliver your order to a DHL Parcel Locker. During the ordering process, you have the option to enter the desired parcel locker in the address field of the delivery address. Please have your post number (DHL customer number) ready and enter it in the address addition.
Returns
You can return items to us within 30 days.
Returns from Germany:
- Cost: €3.95 (will be deducted from your refund)
- Free if you keep goods worth at least €39
Directly to the returns portal
Returns from Austria / EU / Switzerland:
- You bear the costs for returns from abroad yourself. Please send your return sufficiently stamped to the address given in the returns portal.
