Our packaging process is monitored and we can track at any time if something was missing from your delivery. In this case, simply let us know by email or via the contact form and we will of course send you the missing items immediately!

We are a pure online shop and therefore cannot offer local pickup. However, your order can be delivered to a parcel locker or post office for pickup.

With Paypal you can order in our shop today and pay only after 30 days with debit from your bank account. Therefore, we do not offer a conventional purchase on account.
